Technology can do a lot of neat things to improve productivity. Think of how much more you could get done each day if you had an assistant like C-3PO or Tony Stark’s J.A.R.V.I.S.! But as we retire the cubicle dinosaurs in technology (who even faxes today?), you’ll see that people have a blend of technology and environmental changes they want to make to improve their work lives.
