What’s Going On in There? Where The Starr Conspiracy Spent Its Time in 2012

2012 was a watershed year for The Starr Conspiracy — we bought a building, hired a record number of new agents, and had our best financial year ever, just to name a few of the high points. We also did a messload of work. As you probably know, we tend to keep a pretty tight lid on what really goes on at TSC HQ, but today we’re giving you a peek behind the curtain to see where we spent our time last year. So for those of you who’ve been wondering what the hell we do over here (it’s not all Roman candle Christmas parties and kickball games), wonder no more.

I really love the mounted deer head above my desk. I call him Bucky. Apparently he belongs to our founding partner, Bret Starr — and there’s no messing with the deer allowed.

Goodbye, Magnolia — Hello, South Main

Last week, The Starr Conspiracy broke ground at its new HQ on South Main Street on Fort Worth’s Near Southside. Work on transforming the former nightclub into our new home base should be complete in time for us to move in by early May.
