At TSCIU, we see our role as being a leader in determining what’s coming in the HCM tech market. Too often, analysts lag behind, reporting on where the industry is, not where it’s going, and not putting any skin in the game on where it should go. As a result, in HCM and enterprise software, we’re lacking perspective on the future. TSCIU will take risks, and we will undoubtedly be proved wrong on some counts. But, we’re not passive observers. We’re intellectually and emotionally engaged in the future of HCM as central in enterprise software.
Existing Vendors, New Investments, and New Market Entries Solidify Recruitment Marketing in the HR Tech Stack
At this year’s 2014 HR Technology® Conference &Exposition, and in the weeks leading up to it, we received briefings from a large number of vendors involved in enterprise-level recruiting or talent acquisition, along with the cadre of other product segments. It’s always that way.Talent acquisition has budget for tools, and the talent-sourcing landscape changes constantly as social, mobile, and data trends evolve. It’s also one of the pains many entrepreneurs in the HCM space and beyond experience and then intuitively try to solve.
Will HR Tech in the SMB Market Help HR Get Down to The Business Of Getting Work Done?
Every year, I receive between 100 and 200 briefings from HR technology vendors. The most concentrated dose takes place at the annual HR Technology® Conference & Exposition. The event brings me face to face with hundreds of HR tech vendors and a large number of their customers. Over the course of three-and-a-half days, I take dozens of formal briefings. There are even more serious conversations “around” the event as I network through the largest single annual gathering of HR technologists at one time.
